...l end like not issuing approval on time asking for so many irrelevant documents. then hopital asked me for my 6 months bank statements then told me that my bank is making issue as my bank is invalid but how can this be possible if that account of mine is my active its my salary account. my parents were fed up.so we did it by our own now. Wipro just helped me nothing, they dont care about there emplyees at all. They even deduct my salary of that month.

Company environment is so good colleagues who work with same team or different team they coperate allot but discrimination which i shared in dislike

but the discrimination between contractual and pay role employees i served my 1year to Wipro and that is really bad i got informed that I'm getting my work role as an pay role but we got informed we're getting fired before ending our contract date

They will show u fake promising about increasing ur salary n promotion and nothing will happen total waste of time no promotion no salary hike supervisor are useless never come to office taking salary for no reason alot of parameters which create pressure

Politics in office they alot of undeserving candidate working here since long time no support salary is always reducting

... if somebody has worked for their company and some part of their salary remains. then they won't pay that amount.either you write mails Or post it on social media.What kind of responsibility they have towards society.

...hen i had to warn him for future after that he finds a ways to satisfy his ego I had not got salary from 2 months so now my manager is also just finds a way to supress me Over all pathetic people and workplace environment in wipro

My team leader is abusive on the top of that he has no sence to talk to people my manager is also a pathetic person they will just show their powers that they can throw you out
