The management is terrible, the deserving candidates do not get the IJP promotion, work culture is terrible, often the seniors and the Supervisors indulge in discussion of inappropriate topics with the female agents, no work life balance, often employees are forced to work over time without any over time allowance.

They are very unprofessional, due to THEIR requirements they will just shift u to any Lob without any prior notice and training. They simply do not care about their employees health. Even if u are not well you have to go to ofc. They just do not care about your health. Such worst company it is. Also they do not have enough lockers, u need to keep your bag in open condition. 15 days ago my ph and purse got stolen due to this. Not only mine but also there are many employees whose phone, wallet got stolen. The management doesn't bother about this, they did not even bothered to check the CCTV footage. They said "YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE OF YOUR OWN BELONGING EVEN IF IT GETS STOLEN TP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS" like such a spineless, worst management they have. You will not find a positive good thing about this company but hell lot of negative things. In short i would say do not join teleperformance

- No sick leave - Managers in the senior level were clueless and did not know any managerial skills - IJPs were reserved for those who were close with Managers, your performance did not matter

1. Fast paced life 2. Faulty management. 3. TP is famous for its hire and fire policy so your job is at stake at any point of time you never know when is the last time you’re showing up at work. 4. Communication is never put through properly, no orientation, no proper communication is cascaded if you’re working in the team, lack of proper training, no one has a complete information, supervisors ( including managers, assistant managers, TLs, SMEs, Mentors, associates are never on the same page ) 0 Co-ordination. 5. Everyday is a new day, new day, new rules, new pattern, and no communication everytime you’ll find an employe dumbfounded. 6. 0 Job Security, 0 Job Stability, 0 Work Life balance, 0 Prospects of growth in the long run, working hard isn’t enough, sheer luck is needed to survive and level up from the associate level to a supervisor level, HRs have no clue what is happening, FPA team works politically, when required when needed firing people, when needed when required hiring people, no women safety, no respect of women staff or employe. I can go on writing about the downfall about the company / organisation. To sum up everything, TP is what it is famous for Hire and Fire policy, a completely Client centric company, employees may come and go, Client rehna chahie !
