Lot of trees, big cafeteria, no hassle in taking leaves if your manager is decent and job security. No money but security is there, they don't ask employees to leave until it is a dire situation. Flexible shifts

Compensation is poor, growth is even bitter as in super slow. More than work pressure the political pressure is immense. Managers certainly don't value individual strength and hard work but are more concerned with how much non ethical benefits you can provide them like constant praises and supporting something utterly senseless just to be on their side. No voice is heard if it is unique. Uniqueness is a threat to this organization. Not receptive to new suggestions. Will take credit for your work and not share the honest details of the matter. Zero appreciation for work and really stupid higher management who is blind and believes their favorites immediately without any investigation. Creating more mental pressure rather than work pressure. Three years exhausted me for like I guess three years into future...

Everything no professionalism no appraisal no salary satisfaction no job security as they pick you without on paper and now you cannot go back to the previous role and giving 200 percent still its not enough

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market
