Likes

Team leaders were really good. But my last TL was way too much flirtatious which made females uncomfortable more often

Dislikes

Worst work culture. Too much pressure. Week offs are cancelled. Agents are forced to work for 11hrs. Agents are forced to do OT. No leaves are given even if you're dying
