Tech Mahindra is overall a Massive company but BPO sector specially WCOM (Vi) is totally a headache for Agents because they didn't even treat his Employee as well being. Many of my colleagues came office at sharp 09:00 AM but they left the company at 9:00PM night. Totally a headache job

Some times you feel so fade in this company. But sometimes its look that ya you can survive here . This is totally on dependencies of the client. Might be work life is also get affected .

Dislikes

There is some time HR and all is not going to support you. They expect you like as like robot . Sometimes that to happen that you are going to login while you are heating from fever.

Well । Had A Good Manager But A Mix Of Teammate Behaviour😊As Seen In Almost All Job Culture Areas, There Are Few To Support &Large To Drag Down😔Sad , Management Should Be Transparent &Should Have Least Contact With Staff So That Partialities Be Avoided, Also Staff Should Have Secret Acess To Management For Complaint &Unjustice Register Software Programs. I Did Software Development On My Own With The Permission Of Manager But The Credit Went To Another Person Who Didnt Knew A-B-C Of Development, So I Raised The Issue &With Dejection I Resigned..Such Thing Should Not Happen &Must Be Taken Care Of.......Read More
