I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

TechM is a company only have an motive to generate revenue for themselves but not at all interested in wel being of their employees.. Really not at all happy with the HR and Admin team...

Dislikes

TechM don't have the courtesy to show a positive support for an employee who have not been in state of mind for a temporary phase so that the employee could have recovered and resumed to work. Also when I met with an accident company's HR team informed that the mediclaim will cover your expenses for the surgery and bed charges. However later the insurance claim got rejected and I have to spend an approximate amount of ₹.80000/-. Also in another accident which met with in a company transport the admin team have hospitalised me where they informed me that there is no severe injury but however when I got discharged from the hospital and after 3-4days the pain started again due to which I have to go to another hospital where I have been asked to get an x-ray done in which there was a fracture been traced due to which there was a pain as well......Read More

I was fooled into by my ops manager i asked him to change my team leader however he disnt and 4 months later i had to suffer n go on pip as i didnt get another team leader i was always a performer but my team leader always was a turn off on me performing and doing well

Three is a nice place to work but if ur manager and your ops both dont look in your concerns and address in right time then your career is to the end and thats exactly what happend to me ...and i missed on my chance to work with three as u didnt give me extension on my maternity leaves as i had medical complications all thru my pregnancy and later i was okay even if it was unpaid leave but u didnt let me take...Read More

I was into upgrades of contract which made me take all types of call and all types of issues to be addressed as i had to count on every customer for upgrade and not all are going to upgrade challenging n i love challenges was fun
