Worst company, If you ever have an option to select any one company from 2 , and you have tech mahindra as a option just Go with the other one. From HR to management and even now Its been more then Two months they are releasing my incentives, that is more then 30k sales incentives, They are just replying to email even after completing 30 days notice period, a Big Circle of politics

They dont know how to talk with us, they do not give medical leave even if we are sick they call us in office for a work they all are running only behind money and not health work culture is not so good

TechMahindra as a whole company is a really great company and office but the management or people making policy are only focused on client satisfaction and forgot that employees are human. Who need leave, break to time off to remove stress.

Dislikes

Management it’s employee sensitive. They only focus over meeting SL and target and forgot employee no sick leave you die working or take unplanned leave and later apply leave and forget any incentive.

No work life balance. Login 20-30 mins before shift to complete login hr even if the problem is with our internet or their system.
