The Policies are backdated. Even the handbooks are years old. Work and balance depends more on the manager that one gets here. Most manager level positions are occupied by 15-20 year veterans and the only thing they know is Politics. Once a person joins they would likely realise that they made a mistake. Work is slow and more emphasis on the show off rather than the actual work done.

On time salary, WFH allowance and the WFH support since the pandemic

I have worked here for 3 years now. Most people here are pathetic. Getting support is rare. Policies are worst and keep changing as per the management's convince
