Company does not provide timely promotions and appraisal, also they are not transparent about the things going on. They do not treat the employees nicely, there is no proper communication from management. There is no motivation to work because you don’t feel valued or heard.

It's a good place to work for women . Company has policy of taking back women associates who come after long leaves.
