They have seriously implemented social distancing in the entire premises. Provisioned exclusive COVID19 leaves besides regular earned leaves. Encouraged WFH and has tied up with institutions providing emotional support and employees needing counselling can avail consultations free of cost.

I've been working as a QA in Tech Mahindra for almost 3 years now. Total experiences around eight years. I got a job in a new organisation for 20 lakhs fixed, but it's Night Shift. I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. My Current CTC is 15L and Work Life balance is Awesome in TechM
