And Knowledge aspects you can growth by your self confidence other than nothing is good for freshers salary hike is not good. Yearly you can get upto 7 percentage of hike it's upto 1500RS per month. Promotion and correction of salary is not happening. My complete time in development and project related only when I should do participate in activities that increase the level to increase salary please consider work in the project. I m not feeling good the process of appraisal that is not happening as expected.
