Few campus in some cities are of City which might not give a work-life balance due to travelling. No hybrid or work from office culture Very very less promotion and hike percentage.

Tcs as a company is a very good company but if you compare it to the project requirements it’s one of the most dissatisfying project I ever worked with because even though Tcs is offering many options but if you are in a project which requires your presence 24 seven you cannot participate in any event or any skill development.

Work life balance is critical because there are 4 rotational shift and very frequently changes. Salary is poor other than other company, here decrease my skill and after your given 100% effort you can't expect a good promotion due to office politics.

There is no growth, no promotion even if you hard and smart. Nobody is going to value your work . At the Time od apprisal they will literally give you example like you come late office 15 min and this 15 min can be a 1500 min in 100 days lol😂. I say never ever join tcs

compensation is pathetic. year on year raise in compensation is very horrible. huge variable pay and its not paid above c2 level associates.

Work life balance seems very bas especially with my manager my TCS manager is over abusing my personal number and time the laptop whchi tcs provided is very small and difficult to work as small like a notebook but not notebook pc . if they want us to do development work they should provide laptops with decent size and configuraiton.on the top there should eb respct for the employees personal life...Read More

More partiality with female employees. They don't even listen even when she has valid reason to take off. No one is supportive if we get promotion before the seniors. They will start pressurising you after your promotion.
