This thing highly depends on the project you get. The project I worked on, it was a pretty chilled environment. Learned a few new things but for most parts, I could not see the growth

I worked for around 6 years in TCS and I was almost poor performer in all the projects that I worked on . still, I was never ever worried about me being removed from project or company. I never heard about bench policy or layoffs there. Getting a job in this company is that's why called as equivalent to Government job as we have utmost job security here. These days its very difficult to stay/get a job once you reach 8+ years. If you are in TCS with this experience then better dont come out , no matter what ur salary is until unless u feel that u r a pro in what u know. If u join company as a fresher then for salary u might want to move out, I will say the same, if u r pro in programming den move out otherwise if u r not that good then move to similar big mnc's....Read More
