Management makes it feel like you are still in school. They’ll be watching your every move, what time you come into the office, what time you leave, how long you take for lunch, who you interact with and other such things. Industry has moved on from the need for this embarrassing nonsense but TCS is still stuck in the 2010s both in terms of the work culture and the pay scale
