Where do i begin, In this fast growing world where everyone is trying to move forward TCS is walking backwards. This company is a perfect example of all that glitters is not gold. I am employee and take it from me I am not even close to exaggerating the situation. Your boss will be nice to you only if you are his yes man. If even you do not agree with his views, if you have the audacity to speak for yourself, consider yourself cursed and consider yourself being pushed and forced to do everything you were denying since the beginning. Hike percentage is a joke here… you get 3 5 or 7 percent based on rating and promotions are always delayed for years because the TCS whose profit is 2.5B an annum now has no budget to give you hike.
