Human Resource is a big pain. You can not get a convincing reply. They always sound like chatbot and hopefully will be the very first to be replaced by AI. Offshore people are all lazy and procrastinate. There is nobody to look upto for inspiration. There is no motivation to grow or to achive anything professionally. People here are always busy working, but still accomplish nothing.

I joined in 2024 and till date struggling with right allocation and projects, nobody will be supporting you it's only you who is going to take corrective steps for your future goals.

No proper mgmt, No Hr Supporting, wrongly assignment of project and skills... Its the people who are tenure in org are running the project and business

Salary hike percentage is very low, especially if you are enter as a fresher I would not recommend here becouse for getting a project is task then the project should have decent technology even you put all your efforts sometime luck will pay's major role here

You can have your work life balance easily as there is not much work pressure and you can take your time without having fear of losing a job.

With work life balance comes dark things basically not much salary even though if you would be doing a work of 2-3 people you will get salary as chiller here and promotions and hike is just a joke with maximum 6% yearly hike and no promotions till first 4 years.

Few things such as yearly increment and promotions are bit tough and I would say not just fault of TCS market situation were like that after Covid-19

It was a good experience for me at Tata consultancy services. It is a good place for improving our skill, communication with other etc. But one negative point is that work life balance is very poor but other factor is totally awesome.

Only job security. Due to that TCS making employees poorer year by year. TCS higher management doesn't look at the existing employees those who are not getting expected salary as per industry standards. Rather TCS is hiring external resources with 100% hike.
