I like the environment while working, staff was good and every time they interect and guide me also they give suggestions and appreciation freely. Security staff, management staff also good.

I worked as an intern at TCS and during that span of time, they gave me various good exposure to the skills and learning area and cared a lot for me throughout my work time at TCS and made sure that was it bounteous.

Growth over here is very slow. No fix job timings, you need to stretch your work timing if your work is not done. Also there is no on the job training provided to the fresher's.

It's really very good experience for me because that's the first time I'm going to job. specially my team and my manager encouraged me lot, everyone help to each other, extra curricular activities will be conducted lot. Surroundings will be good. We can develop our skill in good Mannar. Excellent security, especially for women. sometimes work will be too high but we can manage with team coordination. Sometimes volume will be too high( like month end year end and after leave days ) it's take late night to go home that's the only problem.

I'm worked in export trade team, so daily we have new transaction somewhat very interesting and confused but we can manage. I'm daily fulfilled with my work
