Appraisal and recommendations are not satisfactory. India's inflation rate starts at 8% hence if yearly appraisal is below 5% then we are not even beating the inflation with our hike which is a pain at TCS

Do not join TCS Internal IT unit ever, very fraud management and RSDO for Delhi Branch, they are poison for Employees. Specially Subir Mukherjee, Ajita Varma, Rachit Goel. They will bite you like snake, never join this unit. After completing their work, they will never identify who are you, toxic work environment and no growth at all.

Cab drivers behave unprofessionally toward employees. • Managers have an unsupportive and demanding approach toward their teams. • HR is unhelpful and often ghosts employees. • Unrealistic expectations, where a single person is expected to handle everything without support. • No teamwork, as colleagues are unwilling to assist. • Favoritism is prevalent, affecting workplace dynamics.

Best company to be at when you get 40+. I regret to join in my late 20s. Too much of learning scope. Easy to get abroad projects. Supportive team and very importantly, Best HRs. They call you by their own just by one Ping. No leaves issues. You can pickup the skills you want to learn and grow.

Salary hike percentage is very low, especially if you are enter as a fresher I would not recommend here becouse for getting a project is task then the project should have decent technology even you put all your efforts sometime luck will pay's major role here

You can have your work life balance easily as there is not much work pressure and you can take your time without having fear of losing a job.

With work life balance comes dark things basically not much salary even though if you would be doing a work of 2-3 people you will get salary as chiller here and promotions and hike is just a joke with maximum 6% yearly hike and no promotions till first 4 years.

It was a good experience for me at Tata consultancy services. It is a good place for improving our skill, communication with other etc. But one negative point is that work life balance is very poor but other factor is totally awesome.
