Best company to be at when you get 40+. I regret to join in my late 20s. Too much of learning scope. Easy to get abroad projects. Supportive team and very importantly, Best HRs. They call you by their own just by one Ping. No leaves issues. You can pickup the skills you want to learn and grow.

Dislikes

I am C3A here and been 2 years I am not getting my variable pay. Loosing 6LPA and difficult to get promotion.

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

Salary hike percentage is very low, especially if you are enter as a fresher I would not recommend here becouse for getting a project is task then the project should have decent technology even you put all your efforts sometime luck will pay's major role here

You can have your work life balance easily as there is not much work pressure and you can take your time without having fear of losing a job.

Dislikes

With work life balance comes dark things basically not much salary even though if you would be doing a work of 2-3 people you will get salary as chiller here and promotions and hike is just a joke with maximum 6% yearly hike and no promotions till first 4 years.

TCS is really good in skill development of their employees. It gives lots of opportunities to develop employee skills and apply them as well

Few things such as yearly increment and promotions are bit tough and I would say not just fault of TCS market situation were like that after Covid-19

Likes

It was a good experience for me at Tata consultancy services. It is a good place for improving our skill, communication with other etc. But one negative point is that work life balance is very poor but other factor is totally awesome.
