Dislikes: Middle management is worst and hrs are also supporting them instead of maintain ethics. All units are not bad but if got selected in SGB-BFSI insurance domain unit your life getting worse. Be aware while joining project avoid sgb product parent domain.

My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I:
1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May?
2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency)
Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?)

Likes: job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.
Dislikes: very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the... Dislikes: Nothing new to learn new. Most of the projects are support very few development projects. If you are lucky then you get chance to work in development projects. My suggestion if you are new in professional career never join TCS. Learning graph is linear salary hike and promotion is almost negligible
Likes: The job security is top notch and a very friendly environment among the team members 
Dislikes: There is less scope for juniors to gain deep knowledge about the technologies when they will be working in a project

Dislikes: There is no growth in TCS. Appraisals range from 2-6% which is very less. You have to come 5 days to office. TCS is extremely regional and you will start feeling like a outsider there.
