I likes about the TCS is good work culture, low work pressure, work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn and the most job security.

Dislikes

It feels good working at TCS. The work culture is good, with low work pressure and lots to learn but the salary increament as per the seniority and role is low. If the salary is justified as per the seniority or designation, I would never left TCS.

Dislikes

The working professionals in the company, they tend to be suicide, exploring their powers. They have gained while working in the organisation over the new commerce, creating an environment for everyone for kids at least in my project..

Apart from job security nothing is good...

If you are good at what you do then people don't release you,, there is a policy that if there is no issue with the associate then project will not release you before 2years,, even if you want to leave. There is no way to upgrade your skills ... i have been with TCS with so many years but never got a chance to work in a good projects or got a good role is it because of my fate or what don't know but over all my work experience with Tcs is very bad or worst. There is a variable pay every quarter but its valid for only those whose salary is as it is good but those who have less salary they don't get paid anything but they have been asked to come to office on a regular basis what a great rule has been made. People here having so much of attitude problem if they knows something they will not even give a chance to seat and learn with them quite mean people working in the organisation.. There is no way to get the promotion and if you are working as a analyst management will be showing as if they are the boss and they are paying you.. Not at all happy working with TCS and i will never recommend anyone to work here... i know people will still come madly to work here because its the Tata company but i wish they would have given the opportunity to anyone......Read More

It is vary on location and management.. I am recently working in Kolkata location and the management and work culture is terrible. Toxicity on its high level.

Everyones behaviour is superb. They respect individuals. Work culture is good. Campuses are very secure also they provide both way cab facilities . Job security is awesome.

Dislikes

Career growth 20% Promotion and hikes are not good. In BPS, most project Managements are not good. They don't want to develop the project. 100% WFO is there, so it's are big myth that TCS providingWFO.
