Just the Job Security and If you lucky then good people to work with

Salary hikes are the lowest even if you give every possible effort, They are clients puppet, Force you to WFO five days a week and if you do not then they will deduct your Variable Pay, Ask you to wear Formals forcefully. They will even force you to take trainings which are not relevant and seems unnecessary

They are taking new hired with good salary but not willing to give that salary to the person who is loyal and working from 10 years. Policy need to be change for the employees who give there 10 years to the company.

Full of politics, No skilled leadership... If you have good connect with your lead or manager you can stay, depends on your relationship you will get promotion and hike, I'm not blaming all project but mostly like a way...

Worst place to work , no proper management, no salary increment however hard you work for the team, politics at its peak, can't grow knowledge and Skills, lacking of skilled senior employees, seniors and management just a puppet not using their mind to uplift tram and work culture, toxic environment in rmg and project allocation team.

There is nothing to like about tcs. If you want to stay forever then only come toh tcs. Because in tcs , you will not able to learn anything. They will tell you about project and when you accept that project and start attending calls then you come to know that this is very different what they told.

Does not have good Projects. No learning. Forcefully put in manual testing work. No appraisal and hike.

It's a employee friendly company. TCS have lot of good projects. Job security is more. Give the more Learning opportunities to employees.

I will not recommend tcs to anywhere unless and until you get good salary. Now tcs has 5 days office working policy. Plus 9 working hours and for mumbai powai location it will take 2+2 = 4 hours traveling time. Very less hike. No promotion. Not having good project.

Everything. No scope for improvement. Same donkey work every day without appreciation or any recognition. Promotions are on hold due to some silly RTO index thing. Will always find new reasons to not benefit employees even after consistently working so hard for so many years. No work life balance at all.

Unwanted dramas and forced to work even if we opt to leave due to some personal reasons. Getting release from a project or leaving the organisation also needs some confirmation from managers which is not fair. They don't hear ur concerns and they will do what they had to do. Just waste ur time by asking what is ur concern ? No use of revealing ..

Complete work from office No bonuses No promotions for hard work, you get promoted by number of years worked in TCS. No team outings Worst management, they don't even consider genuine reasons to give wfo exceptions. You have to visit office no matter what. Micro management

No growth oppertunity. Salary is very less for freshers and there is no oppertunity for increment or promotion at all, even if we stay 10 years. Management is partial towards people with connections, rather than people who work hard, and they openly accept it.l, which I feel is very toxic if you actually are a hard worker.

One of the software engineer in tcs having 4 years of experience called me while skill evaluation and he told me " people begging me to get coding in this project. You have to work under me only.". If you mail to anyone in tcs, he will not respond unless and until you add someone higher authority person in CC. Only big doesn't matter and building big is not end but the way you setup process to work organization is important. Functioning is important and not the size. You will get a good work life balance and your after retirement benifits would be the best. I think even the medical insurance that tcs provides is best in the market. The senior management is also good.

Dislikes

I don't like the salary part and very less benifits and perks are provided. Even the increaments is very less. I felt like I am not getting paid as much as what my value of work is.
