Even you deserve for the good appreciation or hike the work what you done, there is no appreciation and people will always keep on putting more stuff on your head to do only and good things will stop in the management layer or it will go to the person who have good rapport with manager.

It is a good place to work but for a very limited time

People wont give you release if you have a dependency on you. In this way you will never learn new things with new people and process. The higher ups are just lazy and egoistic people who do not care for the company or its employees.

HR’s are shit they behave as if company is running just becoz of them. Start itself is not good

I don’t like that way people are treated as hr’s feel. They don’t respect. I don’t know where are they coming from illiterate people

very very old projects with older versions of technology, no improvement in skills from projectwise. rating will play the major role here, they will give 4+ rating and band will be C or D least rating. so much of politics in hike.

Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

- Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. Poor infrastructure, lack basic software for new joiner like Microsoft Team, Outlook, webmail thay too upto 200 MB only , 70 % cut Quaterly performance pay without any reason for all employees new joiner also.Lot of process for simple thong also .
