Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

HR and Manager are not supportive enough but if you are right as per the policy you may escalate to the corporate HR. They are so helpful and understandable.

Dislikes

For freshers I am strictly not suggesting anyone to start with TCS. Even you are capable enough, you will not get exposure in right way. They will always treating you like a daily wages labour.

Work Details

I was in service management hence I had very bad experience due to my 24*7 availability. In short NO WORK LIFE.
