Work life balance is critical because there are 4 rotational shift and very frequently changes. Salary is poor other than other company, here decrease my skill and after your given 100% effort you can't expect a good promotion due to office politics.

There is no growth, no promotion even if you hard and smart. Nobody is going to value your work . At the Time od apprisal they will literally give you example like you come late office 15 min and this 15 min can be a 1500 min in 100 days lol😂. I say never ever join tcs

Manager doesn't use your expertise, instead they ask to keep on learning new task every month, to form an backup. Dozens of dislike, no promotion, when we talk they ignores and when we stop working then they say appraisal will get bad, hence no promotion. Very poor managing company, it's for retirement old people company as newly candidates have no future.

Salary and salary hike is very less compare to others even though you are top performer and rated as "A" category employee as per their policy. People who's having 10+ years of experience you are the correct person to join and work in this company. Freshers don't waste your time. Nothing. Lots of team politics. Doesn't matter you work hard and over time, still you will be getting b and c bands because of the team politics and bcz management wants other ppl to work by luring them with bait in terms of band which is not even proportional to their productivity hoping that they would work. Still ppl Don't work. In a team of 6-7 ppl 2-3 ppl will be doing the work of whole team while rest just give excuses of no knowledge in the problems and that is being accepted by management. There are so many management leaks, just bcz managers and leads doesn't wanna do their job of managing at right time so they also ask ppl to work who already are over burdened. They keep encouraging this careless attitude for the employees not taking responsibility and not delivering work. No appreciation No rewards Hike almost none - 2-4% yearly Even if you are providing extended support and working in other ppl's shift bcz of their lack in learning, you are blamed for not being glued to your phone 24*7 in off time And even then there is no appreciation acknowledgement, rather you are blamed. Ppl eat your credit, asks for help all the time, most of their work is done by spoon feeding from you and even then they go behind your back to your managers completely discrediting you by which the managers even get influenced.
