0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA 2 YOE- 6-12 LPA 3 YOE- 9-18 LPA 4 YOE - 12-24 LPA 5 YOE- 15-30 LPA Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game. Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.

Likes

Job Security is very good in TCS. In long term you can offer to move onsite. IT politics is lesser than other company. It is the best company in terms of medi claim. Work pressure is like government job.

Dislikes

As work pressure is less so there you get very little learning opportunities. Salary increment is also very low. RMG is very ineffective. They will allocate you in random projects.

I have 5 years and 2 Months of IT experience in TCS in Application Packaging role.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
