70% projects are support projects. If you join as a fresher you have to suffer in career because you dream for good project and growth in career but you get support projects you can't learn new technologies except corporate culture. I will suggest to those who think to get into TCS as fresher I will not recommend strongly, as a experienced I will strongly suggest to join in TCS.

- Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner.
