Freshers can learn and gain skills sets and can switch to another company. Tcs is not like company it is more of like school. After college you can start your professional journey from here. But it has its own drawback which I'll discuss in dislike section. Some of Its policy is good but also these have its own drawback XD. such as health insurance benifits, No layoff policy.

Lack of employee centric policy. Most of the people working here because of job security and life insurance benifits. Salary of a freshers is not practical according to current days scenario. Freshers have less scope to grow up and less promotion opportunities. No matters how much work are you delivering higher management will only force you to come back office. Some people do nothing literally just only sucking the company. Management is puppet. Aem practise is too much horrible.projec allocation is decided by practice head and if you denied immediately hr will call you and you know what they will say.this is now because process in tcs you can not choose project even if you selected also you can't.onsite is very complicated now in tcs..not like before

Even in a medical emergency, I was not allowed to receive treatment despite submitting the appointment details and all medical reports. Additionally, there was a staff shortage, with only three people handling the workload of six, leading to immense pressure and stress. The manager and team leader's handling of the situation was extremely poor.
