Dislikes

First 2 years I worked as a third-party payroll after that they moved as a permanent employee. First year I did get any appraisal or performance band , then they promoted as senior Network Engineer not officially orally I'm working last 10 Months as L2 but still now I didn't get promotion officially. And I'm working in client location so no outing no team dinner no cab no allowance. I'm not saying this to all because so many managers like they give everything. But we didn't get anything , really I'm regret for this job....Read More

You should be earning as below.

0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA 2 YOE- 6-12 LPA 3 YOE- 9-18 LPA 4 YOE - 12-24 LPA 5 YOE- 15-30 LPA Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game. Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.
