Manager shouts at you and humiliates you in front of others. They load you with too much work which takes 12 hrs of working in the weekdays and also in weekends. There is favoritism so you will have to also take up the work of people who do not work and happily butter manager for a living. It is a very toxic workplace. They keep 5 lpa as your variable pay and hardly pay 20 percent of that so your ctc is reduced by 4lpa straightway. Hike is 1 - 2 percent annually. They do not maintain any hygiene in the canteens and there are flies and cats and dogs roaming around. Bathrooms are dirty and so is the drinking water. You will never get promotion here....Read More

Worst department in TCS is HR Department, HR is puppets of all Tamilians and Telugu Managers. Even you can able to prove your self with all work evidence, Still HR will listen to Tamilian or Telugu Manager.
