Human Resource is a big pain. You can not get a convincing reply. They always sound like chatbot and hopefully will be the very first to be replaced by AI. Offshore people are all lazy and procrastinate. There is nobody to look upto for inspiration. There is no motivation to grow or to achive anything professionally. People here are always busy working, but still accomplish nothing.

They are not treating employees with good respect. Hr peoples are very rude. Even for checking something they are speaking in a rude way. Its been 2.5 months i got project still i didn't get license for TCS teams. Without teams very hard to connect with peoples also. Not proving proper support, proper work for your experience. I'm an automation tester but i'm doing manual work. Without intimating me they directly tagged me to this release sayinb frst learn functionality to do automation, but the worst thing is i'm not even learning functionality. Just doing UI validation, whether conton, design, links are correct. Overalll very worst organization. People can choose this organization only for job security that's it. TCS offers good work life balance and average skill development. Once you are in they rarely fire. They have variety of projects where you will be mapped according to your skill even if you are average or poor in skill.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes, Removal of hybrid mode. And Poor promotions. Only disadvantages of TCS job as a fresher is less money.

there ae no layoffs in TCS and will hopefully never happen. There is never too much work hence there is a god work-life balance.

salary s too low and even the annual hikes are at a very low growth rate. getting promoted for people is very random instead of being time-based or merit based.

Worl life balance is good in tcs but again it's depends on your project salary is very less comparatively market standards but tcs gives hundreds percent job gaurantee. Working in tcs is like working in government job

The days passed by 9th year completing still feels like yesterday.

Manager doesn't use your expertise, instead they ask to keep on learning new task every month, to form an backup. Dozens of dislike, no promotion, when we talk they ignores and when we stop working then they say appraisal will get bad, hence no promotion. Very poor managing company, it's for retirement old people company as newly candidates have no future.
