Likes

Good company to people who like to settle after switching several times. Work life balance is good as you will get quality time to spend with friends and family Benefits wise also good company as it provides certain benefits which no other company does. Job security, after all it's TATA

Salary increment you are never gonna see in in upcoming years Skill development is poor as you will feel stuck after working for some years on same role, same structure Promotion and appraisals, please forget if working in TCS

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
