TCS is an organisation with much high job security as compare to other and having a average management with strong company policy which give many benifits to is employees. And best part is it doesn't discriminate between employees. Also get many types of benifits in different part outside company too.

Dislikes

Due to employee in mass management doesn't address our issue. Salary hike percentage is very less. Doesn't get a valid chance on real time to grow on skills and also doesn't get promotion on time

It becomes hectic to maintain work life balance due to maintenance of high reputation of company.
