Freshers can learn and gain skills sets and can switch to another company. Tcs is not like company it is more of like school. After college you can start your professional journey from here. But it has its own drawback which I'll discuss in dislike section. Some of Its policy is good but also these have its own drawback XD. such as health insurance benifits, No layoff policy.

Lack of employee centric policy. Most of the people working here because of job security and life insurance benifits. Salary of a freshers is not practical according to current days scenario. Freshers have less scope to grow up and less promotion opportunities. No matters how much work are you delivering higher management will only force you to come back office. Some people do nothing literally just only sucking the company. Management is puppet. Nothing to like this location Gandhinagar, feel like management is not educated and don't have any experience for other locations.

Not educated upper people don't know how are seating there but have long experience like 15 to 20 years may be that's reasons. But tcs is good company they have to check gandhinagar location.

Have a earned leave concept which can be encashed after 30 - 40 leaves are collected. Good upskilling platforms are provided. Have a great company culture, you feel included , celebrate every occasion and quarterly team lunch or initiatives for outings are present where you can network and have fun with different teams. Have initiatives like fit 4 life and purpose for life.

Everything is bad in TCS. World's worst company to work with. I was shocked when our legend Mr. Ratan Tata passed away and our manager didn't even took a minute for mourn or paid any tribute to the legend. That day I felt there is no human working in TCS, all are machine.
