The days passed by 9th year completing still feels like yesterday.

Manager doesn't use your expertise, instead they ask to keep on learning new task every month, to form an backup. Dozens of dislike, no promotion, when we talk they ignores and when we stop working then they say appraisal will get bad, hence no promotion. Very poor managing company, it's for retirement old people company as newly candidates have no future.

Performance bonus they deduct lakhs of rupees in CTC and pay only 33% of our money for for no reason. In TCS, performance bonus is not dependent on employee performance neither company performance. It's depend on top management. Simply they show the amount in CTC which nowhere will be getting to employees. We will not be getting theright answer from HR. There is no proper time management to managers or leads. It's more like govt company. Who require WFH, they keep getting for silly reasons. For genuine medical resons, mid level and jr. Everything is bad in TCS. World's worst company to work with. I was shocked when our legend Mr. Ratan Tata passed away and our manager didn't even took a minute for mourn or paid any tribute to the legend. That day I felt there is no human working in TCS, all are machine.

Everything. No scope for improvement. Same donkey work every day without appreciation or any recognition. Promotions are on hold due to some silly RTO index thing. Will always find new reasons to not benefit employees even after consistently working so hard for so many years. No work life balance at all.

Unwanted dramas and forced to work even if we opt to leave due to some personal reasons. Getting release from a project or leaving the organisation also needs some confirmation from managers which is not fair. They don't hear ur concerns and they will do what they had to do. Just waste ur time by asking what is ur concern ? No use of revealing ..

Complete work from office No bonuses No promotions for hard work, you get promoted by number of years worked in TCS. No team outings Worst management, they don't even consider genuine reasons to give wfo exceptions. You have to visit office no matter what. Micro management

No growth oppertunity. Salary is very less for freshers and there is no oppertunity for increment or promotion at all, even if we stay 10 years. Management is partial towards people with connections, rather than people who work hard, and they openly accept it.l, which I feel is very toxic if you actually are a hard worker.
