Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Only the health insurance.

Dislikes

Too much controll on grown up people. They dont have necessary tools and infrastructure to help people do their job. They dnt give MS Teams access or MS Office access easily. Being a cash cow they always cry that icenses for those are very costly. However they expect those people to perform well. Not at all smooth functioning. They do not care about there employees at all.
