Only job security is the significant point worth appreciating other than nothing is at least equal to any existing brand name in the market. Senior, committed employess are valued with a commitment certificate only but outside hiring is valued with the price of Gem. Except job security there is nothing which can help you to grow your career neither skill nor salary or opportunities. If you want to develop your skills or willing to get benifits you need to be always good with manager even he is not a nice with you. Here people's get good hike and appraisals when they have good contact with manager, if not forget benifits from company even you working hard.

Due to mass hiring you will find less skilled people around you. Feels like Freshers training is not up to mark. Other service based companies provides good training to freshers so that It makes them ready to work resources but here I worked with many freshers and feels like they are not trained well so not able to perform well in job.

Nothing new to learn new. Most of the projects are support very few development projects. If you are lucky then you get chance to work in development projects. My suggestion if you are new in professional career never join TCS. Learning graph is linear salary hike and promotion is almost negligible

Very Poor Salary with 1 percent hike annually. Have to go to office everyday. Offices are very bad with poor hygiene, even drinking water is not filtered. Toilets are dirty and don't work. Culture is worst with extremely bad politics and leg pulling.
