Working at TCS is a secured place where there is no need to worry about layoffs. Working infrastructure is wonderful. Most of the branch make you feel awesome, proud to be working there. Medical insurance benefits are good for cashless. The services are great in class. TCS internal learning platform is excellent. You got many courses for free, which really helps you upskilling based on aspiration.

Here, career growth is very slow, no matter how hard, smart you work, you need to be lucky and too friendly with your team, senior management, then you got a chance to compete with others getting into next level as appraisal/promotion at all depends upon your project.
