I don't know anything about TCS as we are working for client. And in interviews we are selected for IT role and now we are working for the project which is not as BPS role also. Even BPS got a good project. So please understand move to the projects accordingly. There is career growth for the project that I am working for. And the project is ITMS which is simply a Apple Maps project.

TCS management are filled with opportunist, profit mongering,characterless people. During my tenure they took all my overtime money,when I raise concern to HR and GHD global help desk they simple lie and threatened me.

We could not able to utilise our leave balance . And dress code also not on satisfied way . If it Indian holiday we have to got approval to wear casual and hike percentage was too low .

70% projects are support projects. If you join as a fresher you have to suffer in career because you dream for good project and growth in career but you get support projects you can't learn new technologies except corporate culture. I will suggest to those who think to get into TCS as fresher I will not recommend strongly, as a experienced I will strongly suggest to join in TCS.
