Associates are losing thousands of money from their salary every month in the name of quarterly results or associates not working from office. You loose your value if you stay more in the company. Few managers behave as if they are giving a share of their ancestral property for promotion. Extremely delayed promotions and pathetic appraisal. No trust on the employees

Benefits like Health Insurance, Tata Trust and retirement benefits. Work life balance will be depends on the project but mostly I have seen that we would be stucked with comfort zone.

One of the software engineer in tcs having 4 years of experience called me while skill evaluation and he told me " people begging me to get coding in this project. You have to work under me only.". If you mail to anyone in tcs, he will not respond unless and until you add someone higher authority person in CC. Only big doesn't matter and building big is not end but the way you setup process to work organization is important. Functioning is important and not the size. Best company to be at when you get 40+. I regret to join in my late 20s. Too much of learning scope. Easy to get abroad projects. Supportive team and very importantly, Best HRs. They call you by their own just by one Ping. No leaves issues. You can pickup the skills you want to learn and grow.

I am C3A here and been 2 years I am not getting my variable pay. Loosing 6LPA and difficult to get promotion.
