No skill development, Manager's are literally not working. As everyone knows that TCS doesn't fire employee, senior management takes advantage of this and just work for status meetings. There is no reward for talented folks, not getting enough salary and there is no meaning of appraisal process.

They have few good opportunities if you are lucky to join such project. Otherwise rest are just support based low cost project.

Dislikes

The HR, RMG and their approach towards individuals career growth. Most projects are just support based which will only decrease your market relevancy.

The management is worst and badly behaves with employee. Working in TCS (in my project) seems like we are working under and under rules of Britishers. No security and respect for females. Review for TCS, GG7.

My career had the lowest low when I had to join TCS. It was all because of an internal transition and not voluntarily at all. There is absolutely no growth at all. Like zero growth financially inspite of I working in a very challenging and competent product based company, as my client.

Dislikes

I dislike everything. My mental health took a toll here thinking about what my career life is turning out to be.

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

Salary hike percentage is very low, especially if you are enter as a fresher I would not recommend here becouse for getting a project is task then the project should have decent technology even you put all your efforts sometime luck will pay's major role here

You can have your work life balance easily as there is not much work pressure and you can take your time without having fear of losing a job.

With work life balance comes dark things basically not much salary even though if you would be doing a work of 2-3 people you will get salary as chiller here and promotions and hike is just a joke with maximum 6% yearly hike and no promotions till first 4 years.

It was a good experience for me at Tata consultancy services. It is a good place for improving our skill, communication with other etc. But one negative point is that work life balance is very poor but other factor is totally awesome.
