10 Hrs.- Working Hrs.compulsory.Eventhough employee who newly get appointment,not having tasks initially still that employee has to seat total hrs .Work pressure damages the employee 's health and employee can't be more productive if he always cries for long time work hrs.

TCS is an organization that keep a tagline "Building on Beliefs" but don't stay on their words. I feel it's a worst company and following primitive methodologies of work. Once the organization was saying only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews.
