- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

You can have your work life balance easily as there is not much work pressure and you can take your time without having fear of losing a job.

With work life balance comes dark things basically not much salary even though if you would be doing a work of 2-3 people you will get salary as chiller here and promotions and hike is just a joke with maximum 6% yearly hike and no promotions till first 4 years.

Only job security. Due to that TCS making employees poorer year by year. TCS higher management doesn't look at the existing employees those who are not getting expected salary as per industry standards. Rather TCS is hiring external resources with 100% hike.

Everything is bad in TCS. World's worst company to work with. I was shocked when our legend Mr. Ratan Tata passed away and our manager didn't even took a minute for mourn or paid any tribute to the legend. That day I felt there is no human working in TCS, all are machine.

Everything. No scope for improvement. Same donkey work every day without appreciation or any recognition. Promotions are on hold due to some silly RTO index thing. Will always find new reasons to not benefit employees even after consistently working so hard for so many years. No work life balance at all.

Unwanted dramas and forced to work even if we opt to leave due to some personal reasons. Getting release from a project or leaving the organisation also needs some confirmation from managers which is not fair. They don't hear ur concerns and they will do what they had to do. Just waste ur time by asking what is ur concern ? No use of revealing ..

No growth oppertunity. Salary is very less for freshers and there is no oppertunity for increment or promotion at all, even if we stay 10 years. Management is partial towards people with connections, rather than people who work hard, and they openly accept it.l, which I feel is very toxic if you actually are a hard worker.

One of the software engineer in tcs having 4 years of experience called me while skill evaluation and he told me " people begging me to get coding in this project. You have to work under me only.". If you mail to anyone in tcs, he will not respond unless and until you add someone higher authority person in CC. Only big doesn't matter and building big is not end but the way you setup process to work organization is important. Functioning is important and not the size.
