If you like govt jobs like all things done manually then u will like the company.

Dislikes

Outsiders are not allowed to grow. They see your overall experience with your employee I'd and check if you have started from TCS. Lots of lobbying but this standard is too much compared to others.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?

Salary appraisal depends on management relation and not work.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

TCS core management is pathetic and extremely selfish. The laterals are not treated well irrespective of having talent.
