Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

- Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. Salary and appraisal will always be less then average but work heavly depend on project. If you get bad project you will be working 12 13 h in a day with no learning and minimal salary

It's been a year and I haven't found anything to like about in TCS yet.

Dislikes

As a fresher if you are going to join TCS, it's really a bad idea, even if they are offering you a digital role. Don't join TCS unless you are being offered Prime role. TCS is no more the company it used to be. Fresh Digital candidates are being assigned to inferior projects that destroys profile and domains of the candidates.

You can switch among different domains of your choice if you have the right leadership team to support you. Also onsite positions are huge compared and if your profiles matches their requirement you will be onboarded but the main thing is RMG has to approve this.

Nothing Like. TCS is big name but internal situation is different and worst.

The management is worst and badly behaves with employee. Working in TCS (in my project) seems like we are working under and under rules of Britishers. No security and respect for females. Review for TCS, GG7.

TCS has very good work culture with very supportive colleagues, seniors, upper management, client and HR. I have experienced very good work life balance here with focus on effective and on time work delivery. Also job security is a prominent point here.
