- Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only. - No support team follows proper process though they have it on paper. Very less Salary Hikes, and use less Work from office call to employees, where even in office they have to work on their laptops,. So just for using the TCS internet, we are being asked to get back to Office. total waste of time, Money, and also contribution to carbon emmission

Even you deserve for the good appreciation or hike the work what you done, there is no appreciation and people will always keep on putting more stuff on your head to do only and good things will stop in the management layer or it will go to the person who have good rapport with manager.

People wont give you release if you have a dependency on you. In this way you will never learn new things with new people and process. The higher ups are just lazy and egoistic people who do not care for the company or its employees.

HR’s are shit they behave as if company is running just becoz of them. Start itself is not good

I don’t like that way people are treated as hr’s feel. They don’t respect. I don’t know where are they coming from illiterate people

very very old projects with older versions of technology, no improvement in skills from projectwise. rating will play the major role here, they will give 4+ rating and band will be C or D least rating. so much of politics in hike.

Work Life Balance depends on projects only. If you are skilled enough, your life will settle as TCS provide top notch job security. You will get lot of learning opportunity even in any projects.

In some projects, you may need to attend night meetings because most of the project's people are from onsite. So, you are required to attend the meetings during night times even you are working in Indian hours.

Nothing to like this location Gandhinagar, feel like management is not educated and don't have any experience for other locations.

Not educated upper people don't know how are seating there but have long experience like 15 to 20 years may be that's reasons. But tcs is good company they have to check gandhinagar location.

Have a earned leave concept which can be encashed after 30 - 40 leaves are collected. Good upskilling platforms are provided. Have a great company culture, you feel included , celebrate every occasion and quarterly team lunch or initiatives for outings are present where you can network and have fun with different teams. Have initiatives like fit 4 life and purpose for life.

Nothing. TCS is the biggest mistake of my life.

Everything is bad in TCS. World's worst company to work with. I was shocked when our legend Mr. Ratan Tata passed away and our manager didn't even took a minute for mourn or paid any tribute to the legend. That day I felt there is no human working in TCS, all are machine.
