Obviously for the job security people like to work with TCS. Along with that the learning and self development, work environment are very important parts of the organisation.

Dislikes

When it comes to the salary / appraisal part there always have some discrepancies which aren't justified by the organisation.

Just one point want to add. If u joined and thinking of growing here with a good hike every year. Then it's a bit dicey. Bit slow growth while working here and expecting.

TCS hire people with a good amount of package but not giving good hike to existing employees l. Why ???
