- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

Pathetic work culture and professionalism from the employees who have been with tcs for more than 10+years. Very poor on ethics, professionalism, empathy, etiquettes, language.

Only job security. Due to that TCS making employees poorer year by year. TCS higher management doesn't look at the existing employees those who are not getting expected salary as per industry standards. Rather TCS is hiring external resources with 100% hike.

Work life balance seems very bas especially with my manager my TCS manager is over abusing my personal number and time the laptop whchi tcs provided is very small and difficult to work as small like a notebook but not notebook pc . if they want us to do development work they should provide laptops with decent size and configuraiton.on the top there should eb respct for the employees personal life...Read More

No skill development, Manager's are literally not working. As everyone knows that TCS doesn't fire employee, senior management takes advantage of this and just work for status meetings. There is no reward for talented folks, not getting enough salary and there is no meaning of appraisal process.

Work pressure depends on the projects, if you are lucky you will only have 1 hour of work. If you are extremely unlucky you will have to work on weekends if the project demands without any compoff or benefits.

Old bags in the company decides your upraisal, if they have any vengeance or personal ego you will not get a good rating/performance band.

Work Life Balance depends on projects only. If you are skilled enough, your life will settle as TCS provide top notch job security. You will get lot of learning opportunity even in any projects.

In some projects, you may need to attend night meetings because most of the project's people are from onsite. So, you are required to attend the meetings during night times even you are working in Indian hours.

Nothing to like this location Gandhinagar, feel like management is not educated and don't have any experience for other locations.

Not educated upper people don't know how are seating there but have long experience like 15 to 20 years may be that's reasons. But tcs is good company they have to check gandhinagar location.
