Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Tcs is the best company to work for, high job security and job satisfaction. The only thing not good is compensation, apart from that tcs is like a second home, it has the best work culture.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, its the best company to work for in service sector. One thing if we want to point out its the compensation.
