It's really unfortunate that there is no support for working mothers at the facility. The strict adherence to rules without consideration for the genuine needs of the workers is disheartening. It seems like there is no validation or support provided, and there is a lack of opportunities for growth and mentoring. It's totally understandable to feel demotivated in such an environment.

Sometimes when health is not in favor or you need to process change or change location, it takes a lot of time. Mediator role and spoc should be there for every process who does not have a prior load.

Poor infrastructure, lack basic software for new joiner like Microsoft Team, Outlook, webmail thay too upto 200 MB only , 70 % cut Quaterly performance pay without any reason for all employees new joiner also.Lot of process for simple thong also .
